How it works

Everything below is the mechanism, in full. Nothing here is a summary of something private: the engine is a pure function over public price bars, and the arithmetic on this page is the arithmetic that runs.

The fee split

Applied to claimed pump.fun creator fees in SOL, every round, identically for every coin.

Slice%Goes to
Holders70%Swapped into the sleeve at the round's tilt weights, airdropped pro-rata
Launcher20%Paid in SOL to the launcher wallet
TILT treasury9%Platform
Keeper1%Whoever's transaction settled the round

Deliberately not launcher-configurable. On other launchpads a creator can dial themselves 50% and leave holders 29%. Here every coin pays holders 70%. You cannot compete on how badly you treat your holders — only on whether your read was right.

The tilt engine

Every symbol is scored 0–100 by six families of standard indicators, blended by fixed published weights: trend 30 · momentum 20 · relative strength 20 · volume 10 · volatility 10 · market regime 10. Scores recompute only when the session date changes — daily bars change once a session, and recomputing hourly against identical bars would be theatre.

  1. For each sleeve symbol, take its PEG score from 0 to 100.
  2. Orient by stance: momentum uses the score as-is; contrarian uses 100 minus the score. Both produce a buy weight — inverting the score changes which stock is bought, never the direction of the trade.
  3. Floor: anything below 10 after orientation gets weight 0. Genuinely broken setups get nothing.
  4. Concentration: raise (raw ÷ 100) to the power of 2. Squaring is the whole point — linear weights on a small sleeve are nearly flat and the coin looks like it is not thinking.
  5. If every weight is 0, fall back to equal weight and flag the round degenerate — shown as "no symbol cleared the floor".
  6. Normalise so the weights sum to 1.
  7. Cap at 60%: clip anything higher and redistribute the excess pro-rata among the uncapped, up to 4 passes. Prevents a single-stock coin by stealth.
  8. Dust floor 3%: zero anything smaller and renormalise once. Avoids paying more in swap fees than the position is worth.
  9. Round to 4 decimals and force the sum to exactly 1 by adjusting the largest weight.

A symbol whose bars could not be retrieved is dropped for that round only and the weights renormalise across the rest. It is never treated as score 0 — that would make a data outage look like a bearish signal. If fewer than 2 sleeve symbols have data, the round is skipped, no swap happens and the fees roll forward.

A worked example

Round 47, Tuesday 14:00 ET, market open. The ScoreBook comes from Monday's session — daily bars change once a day, so the scores do too, while the buy happens every hour against fresh fee flow.

AMDx610.372131.69%
TSLAx440.193616.49%
GMEx80 (floored)0.00%

Momentum uses the score as-is. GMEx at 8 is below the 10-point floor and gets nothing. Note the amplification: a 78-vs-44 score gap (1.77×) becomes a 51.8%-vs-16.5% weight gap (3.14×). That is γ earning its keep.

GMEx920.846460.00%

Contrarian uses 100 minus the score, so all four clear the floor. GMEx normalises to 62.21%, which breaches the 60% cap — it is clipped and the 2.21pp excess is redistributed pro-rata over the other three.

Same hour, same four stocks, near-mirror allocations. That disagreement, settled publicly on the Tilt Board, is the entire product.

The money — 4.0 SOL of creator fees claimed this round

Slice%SOL
Holders70%2.80
Launcher20%0.80
Treasury9%0.36
Keeper1%0.04

For $CHIPS, the 2.80 SOL holder slice splits into three Jupiter swaps — 1.4510 SOL into NVDAx, 0.8873 into AMDx, 0.4617 into TSLAx. Zero swaps for GMEx.

Say those swaps return 0.0421 NVDAx, 0.1735 AMDx and 0.0392 TSLAx — the measured post-swap delta, never the quote. A holder with 2.4% of eligible supply receives 0.00101 NVDAx, 0.00416 AMDx and 0.00094 TSLAx, batched six recipients per transaction, with one Solscan link per transaction on the round ledger.

Market hours

Rounds are 1 hour long and aligned to the wall clock, so every coin on the platform settles on the same boundary and the whole site shares one countdown.

Inside the regular US sessiona round executes: claim, split, swap 70% at the round's tilt, deliver.

Outside it — nights, weekends, holidays — the round is logged as held. Fees are claimed and accrue in the coin's wallet. No swap happens, because xStock liquidity is thin and the price is stale off-hours, and buying into that would be a worse deal for holders. The site shows the pile and a countdown to the next open, and the first round after the open spends the whole accrued balance at that round's tilt.

A round whose holder slice is below 0.05 SOL is also held regardless of the session — a swap that small is mostly fees. It rolls forward.

Holder eligibility is a balance snapshot at settle, pro-rata by balance, with no time-weighting. Buying just before a round is not an exploit here, it is just early. Holders below 0.01% of supply are skipped and their share redistributes — the transfer would cost more than it delivers.

The catalog

Exactly the ten xStocks with verified Solana mints — Token-2022, 8 decimals. Benchmarks SPY, QQQ and IWM are fetched for relative strength and market regime but are never buyable. No stables, no crypto: a stable would be an escape hatch that ruins the game.

SPCXx (SpaceX) is deliberately absent. It is pre-IPO: there is no public mint and no price feed. We leave it out rather than fake it.

Questions

Momentum or contrarian — does that mean long or short?
Neither. There is no short side anywhere in this product and no leverage, no borrowing and no liquidation. Every round of every coin does the same thing: take the SOL from fees, buy tokenized stock with it, and send that stock to holders. The stance only decides which stock the buy concentrates in. Momentum aims the buy at whichever of your sleeve’s stocks has the strongest chart this hour; contrarian aims it at whichever has the weakest. A contrarian coin is not betting against those stocks — it is buying them while they are down, which is the opposite of a short. Both stances are long-only, all the time.
What is actually different about this versus Basket?
Basket freezes your weights at launch and never touches them again — an 8-stock basket from January is still an 8-stock basket from January in December. TILT freezes only which stocks are eligible and which direction you lean. The weights are recomputed every round from the actual charts. And our fee split is the same for everyone: 70% to holders on every coin, no creator slider.
Who decides the weights? Can you rig it?
Nobody decides them, including us. It is a deterministic function: score each stock 0–100 from standard indicators with fixed published weights, orient by stance, square it, apply a 10-point floor, a 60% cap and a 3% dust floor, normalise. Every input is a public price bar and every step is on this page. Run it yourself and you get our number. There is no admin control that can retarget a live coin.
What happens at night and on weekends?
Nothing is bought. Tokenized stocks are thin and stale when the underlying market is shut, so buying into that would just be a worse fill for your holders. Fees keep accruing in your coin’s wallet, the site shows the pile and a countdown, and the first round after the opening bell spends the whole thing at that round’s tilt.
Do I need to claim my stocks?
No. Tokenized stocks are sent directly to your wallet after each round that executes. You need enough of the coin to clear the dust threshold (0.01% of supply) — below that, a transfer would cost more than it delivers, so that share is redistributed to everyone else. Your balance at the moment the round settles is what counts; there is no time-held bonus.
Is there a smart contract holding the money?
No, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Each coin gets its own Solana keypair that is both the pump.fun creator and the wallet the fees land in, and our worker holds that key to claim, swap and distribute. That is custodial. It is the same trade-off every fee-distribution launchpad in this category makes, whatever their marketing says. Every action is logged to an append-only event ledger and linked to Solscan so you can verify what happened, but you are trusting us to run the worker honestly. Read the risk section before you launch anything.

Risk and custody

Read this. TILT is not a smart contract. Every coin launched here gets a Solana keypair generated by our server, which acts as the pump.fun creator wallet and holds fees between claiming and distribution; that key is held by us and loaded only by the background worker. This is custodial— if we are compromised, negligent, or dishonest, undistributed fees can be lost, and you have no on-chain recourse. Tokenized stocks (xStocks) are issuer-backed instruments, not shares: you own a token that tracks a stock, not the stock, and you are exposed to the issuer, to Solana, and to the liquidity of that token — which is thin, and thinnest exactly when you would most want to sell. The tilt engine is deterministic technical analysis, not a forecast; a high score means observable conditions currently agree with each other and nothing more, and “buy the strongest chart” is a strategy that loses money regularly. Coins launched here are memecoins and will most likely go to zero. Nothing here is investment advice or a solicitation, we make no representation that any of it is suitable for you, and you should not put in money you cannot afford to lose entirely.
